Overview
- For every purchase, you can earn 1 point for 1 USD, excluding shipping fee.
- For every 100 points, you can redeem 1 USD in your next purchase.
- This program is only applicable to Retail customers.
- You can get a discount for your order by using the points.
- When you wish to applied your points to your order and get a discount, all you need to do is to redeem during checkout(at Step2: choosing payment method)
- You cannot specify the amount of points to be applied to your purchase.
- ALL the available points will be applied, or as many points as possible.

Point Status
- In Cart: This shows you the reward points you will get when you add the item to cart. The point will be changed to PENDING status when you placed the order.
- Earned: When the order is shipped out, the points will be changed from Pending Status to Earned Status. In this case, you can redeem the points in your next order.
- Pending: When you placed the order, no matter paid or not. All the points are in PENDING status. You CANNOT redeemed the point until the order is shipped out.
All the points are NOT transferable, CANNOT redeem as cash or any other products.
Points Duration
Your points are usable for a period of 1 year, counting from your last order.
